Hundreds of dogs were available for adoption at Super Dog Adoption Day in Providence, Rhode Island, held Saturday at the WaterFire Arts Center with 350 dogs ready for new homes.
The event, organized by Always Adopt and its founder Louise Anderson-Nicolosi, featured over 10 rescues and shelters. Nicolosi emphasized that the dogs had been cared for and were ready for adoption.
Always Adopt has hosted over 20 such events since 2013, with the next one planned for the fall. Nicolosi encouraged potential adopters to come with an open heart.
