The Belmont Fire Department has a new addition to its team—a lovable puppy named Riggs.

Riggs was adopted from Boonefield Labradors, a New Hampshire organization that breeds service dogs for first responders, schools, and law enforcement. Although Riggs arrived earlier than expected, the firefighters were excited to have a new companion.
