A Connecticut State Police K-9 named Kash helped locate three suspects following a reported burglary in Hampton, Connecticut, on October 5, 2026.

Troopers responded after a homeowner reported suspicious activity on a live security camera feed. When officers arrived, three individuals allegedly fled on foot into nearby woods.

With Kash’s help, police tracked down all three suspects along the Air Line Trail, about half a mile from the residence. The suspects, aged 19, 19, and 32, were taken into custody and face multiple charges, including burglary-related offenses and criminal trespass.
