Five golden retrievers found wandering Friday morning have been reunited with their owner after a brief search in Chandler, Arizona.
A resident discovered the dogs near Alma School and Ray roads and brought them to a local fire station, where firefighters cared for them before transferring them to animal control. The dogs were not microchipped, prompting the Chandler Fire Department to seek public help in identifying their owner.
By Friday afternoon, the owner was located and arranged to pick up the dogs, which had apparently escaped and gotten lost.
