The St. Clairsville-Ohio Kennel Club has brought its dog show back to Belmont County, Ohio, for the first time in 10 years, welcoming dogs and handlers to the Belmont County Fairgrounds for a weekend of competition.
Held October 10–11, the event featured American Kennel Club-sanctioned conformation shows, obedience trials, and rally competitions, with approximately 300 dogs entered each day.
Participants traveled from across the country to compete, showcasing their dogs’ skills, appearance, and training. The event also gave dog owners an opportunity to connect with fellow enthusiasts and celebrate their love of dogs. Organizers hope the show’s return will help establish it as a regular event in Belmont County, attracting visitors and supporting the local community.
