A rescued puppy named Teedee has overcome a life-threatening heart defect after being rescued from a hoarding situation in Idaho.
The poodle mix was diagnosed with patent ductus arteriosus, a congenital heart condition, and underwent a minimally invasive procedure at Washington State University’s Veterinary Teaching Hospital.
After recovering, Teedee found his forever home with WSU veterinarian Dr. Laura Williams, who first cared for him as a medical foster. He is now healthy and thriving.
