A dog named Otis stole the spotlight at a 5K run in Huntersville, North Carolina, on Saturday after refusing to cross the finish line on his own, despite being just steps away from completing the race.

Video of the moment showed Otis and his companion sprinting toward the finish line as spectators cheered. However, as the crowd grew louder, Otis suddenly stopped, prompting his companion to carry him across the finish line.
